Return Policy:

 

At Avanel Couture, we value our customers and want you to be happy with your purchase. If for any reason you are not satisfied with your order, we offer a 5 day return policy from the day the package is received for all online orders. Additionally, there will be a 3% restocking fee for all online returns. Please note that all items purchased in store or at pop-ups are final sale and cannot be returned or exchanged.

If for any reason you’d like to cancel your order, we will do our best to do so. Please note that there will be a 5% restocking fee for cancelled orders. This fee is charged by Shopify.

If you received a defective or incorrect item, please contact us within 2 days of receiving your order so that we can arrange for a replacement or exchange.

Please note that the customer is responsible for paying the return shipping fees, which may vary depending on the location the package is being shipped from. We recommend that you make in-store returns at our Monsey location for online orders if you are local and in the area.

If you wish to return an item, please follow these steps:

  • Email our customer service team at avanelcouture@gmail.com within 3 days of receiving your package. Please include your order number and the reason for the return. Please note: Our return policy is 5 days from the date of package delivery. Holidays are not an excuse for a late return.
  • We will provide you with a return shipping label and instructions on how to return your item. Please note that the cost of the return shipping will be deducted from your refund, or you can create your own label.
  • Pack your item in its original packaging and ship it back to us using the provided label.
  • Please ensure that the item is in its original condition with all tags attached and no signs of wear or damage (make-up stains or any other imperfection).
  • Once we receive your return and verify its condition, we will issue a refund to your original payment method within 5-7 business days. Please note that if the tags are removed or the clothing looks damaged in any way, we will not reimburse the returns.
  • Items purchased on sale at any discount that is 30% or more are considered final sale and may not be returned or exchanged.
  • At Avanel we will not be responsible for returns that are lost, damaged, or delayed in delivery.
